HAJJ PROGRAMME 2024 (1445 Hijri)

35-38 days / Muallim: Category-D

MAKKAH HOTEL before Haj stay: 3-6 Km from Haram, Date: 8/9/10 June (to) 14 June / 6-7 days

HAJ DAYS: 14 June (to) 18 June, (5 days)

MAKKAH HOTEL after Haj stay: (3-6 Km from Haram) Shar-e-Mansoor/Aziziya/Kakiya: 18 June (to) 21/22 June / 4-5 days

MAKKAH permanent Hotel: (400-500 Mtrs. from Haram): 21/22 June (to) 07/08 July / 15-17 days

Makkah-Madinah: 07/08 July

MADINAH HOTEL: 150-200 Mtrs from Haram, Date: 07/08 July (to) 16/17 July / 8-9 days

MED-HYD / JED–HYD: 16/17 July 2024

PACKAGE COST: Rs. 7,00,000/- per pax (Amount excluding GST & TCS)

TAX SCHEDULES

GST (Goods & Service Tax): The mentioned base packages are exclusive of GST and as per government regulations, the applicable GST of 5% will be calculated and added on the base package amount.

TCS (Tax Collected at Source): The base package amount is exclusive of TCS.

As per the new rule of 20% TCS which came into effect from October 1st 2023, hajis are advised to refer the details provided by G.O.I on https://incometaxindia.gov.in/circular/circular-10-2023.pdf for more details.

TCS can be claimed while filing your yearly ITR within the stipulated timeline.

Air fare of HYD-JED/MED-HYD / HYD-MED-JED-HYD by any Direct or Via airlines (as per availability)
E-Haj Visa (With Insurance)
Moullim in Old Mina – VIP, Category-B
Haj vaccinations: Yellow fever, Polio & Meningitis
Haj Medical Insurance & Pilgrim Accidental Insurance
MAKKAH (before Haj Accommodation): 3 to 6 Km. ( with Transport facilities)
MAKKAH (After Haj Accommodation) : Stay from 200 to 500 Mts.
MADINAH (After Haj Accommodation): Stay from 50 to 200 Mts.
FOOD : 3 times Hyderabadi style buffet meals (as per hotel policy)
Note: During 5 Haj days in Mina/Arafat/Muzdalifa, Moullim is solely responsible for food, stay and transport for all pilgrims.
MINA SERVICE: Premium Category A/c tents in Mina/Arafat with 13-14 items buffet menu for Category-B Muallim.
Local Round Trip: Transportation in A/c Busses (Jeddah–Makkah, Makkah-Madinah, Madinah–Jeddah Airport/Madinah Airport)
Mashayer Trip: Makkah – Mina – Arafath – Muzdalifa (from Muzdalifa to Mina tent by walk), Mina-Makkah during Haj period of 5 days.
Note: Tawaf-e-Ziyarat transportation also included
LOCAL ZIYARAT: All Local Ziyarat in Makkah & Madinah Munawwara with experienced Guide (Subject to Saudi Law)
Unlimited Laundry service

PACKAGE EXCLUDES

GST and TCS as applicable by the Govt. of India.
QURBANI is not included in the package, but can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
Wheel Chair for aged/differently abled persons should be arranged individually at their own expense.
Anything that is not mentioned in the inclusions.

CONDITIONS APPLY

The tour cost is based on Air Ticket, & Foreign Exchange as calculated on Haj 2023 and may change at the time of booking.
All mentioned services will commence after reaching our accommodation in Makkah/Madinah.
Muallim services are subject to Saudi Arabian govt. policies and may change without prior notice.
At Jeddah Airport at least 5 to 6 hours time will be taken to complete the formalities so you are requested to carry some food with you.
From Jeddah airport to Makkah buiding/hotel it takes another 3 to 4 hours.
Flight schedule and itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.
The tour cost has to be cleared before submission of passports for HAJ VISA, or else your booking will be cancelled & your seat will be given to waiting list haji.
We are not responsible for any luggage lost / misplaced or any damage, excess luggage charges are to be paid by Haji at the airport counter. Haji is responsible for their ZAMZAM & luggage until their return to Hyderabad (we can only guide you in this regard).
All rooms will be on SHARING basis only, separate room available at an extra charge.
Room capacity – 4 to 5 bed in one room for both Makkah & Madinah.

PAYMENT TERMS

50% of the package amount should be paid at the time of booking.(Note: Only after full payment your passport will be forwarded for Haj Visa process-2024.)
All payments are to be made in favor of AL AZAM TOURS & TRAVELS through Cheque / RTGS / NEFT / Net Banking as per RBI guidelines.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Original Passport (with minimum of six months validity from the travelling date).
PAN Card
4 Latest Passport size Photos.
All (4) photographs should be of color with white background (forehead & ears should be visible.)
